Calls are open to form EELISA Communities at BME

BME is a member the European Engineering Learning Innovation & Science Alliance (EELISA), a university alliance formed of nine prestigious technical universities that share a common vision of a future European space for higher education and research: BME in Hungary, ITU in Turkey, SNS and SSSA in Italy, UPM in Spain, UPB in Romania, ENPC and PSL in France, and FAU in Germany.

EELISA’s aim is to rethink Europe’s engineering programs by making them interdisciplinary and multilingual so they can be prepared to meet the major challenges of the 21st century.

The call for proposals aims to support EELISA academics/ non-academics/ students led by BME members targeting challenges related to sustainable development goals (SDGs) and the “Global challenges” priorities of the Horizon Europe programme:

If you are interested please read the proposal framework [BA1] and submit the application [BA2] form to the EELISA Office by the 25th September 2022.

You can also meet with successful Communities within the EELISA network and ask your questions about forming an EELISA Community. The Forum will take place online the week beginning the 5th September 2022 (the exact date will be announced soon). If you would like to receive some feedback on you draft application before submission, please forward it to the EELISA Office at BME by the 16th September.
